Crushed ice is mostly used in the seafood industry to keep prawns & fishes freshly frozen.

Traditionally, block ice was delivered to wet markets and seafood sellers will process the ice blocks to get crushed ice. Nowadays, block ice is used mainly to make ice sculptures for weddings and promotional events.

Dry ice is used to add a special touch to weddings and ballroom events. It can also be used to preserve ice-cream & cakes when transporting them from one location to another.
